Application Procedures
To apply for the workshop(s) of your choice, please complete and sign the application form provided in this brochure. For each international workshop return application with a nonrefundable $500. If the workshop requested is full or canceled, all fees paid will be refunded.

DEADLINES
There is not an application deadline. However, many of the workshops fill immediately. To avoid disappointment, prompt submission of your application is advisable.ATTENDANCE
Your attendance during the entire workshop is very important. If your schedule requires you to arrive after the start, or to leave prior to the end of the workshop, either rearrange your schedule or choose a different workshop.ACCEPTANCE
We receive many applications concurrently, and they are evaluated for enrollment based on first come-first served. Upon enrollment in a workshop, you will receive a letter stating detailed information and the Workshop textbook along with suggestions for preparing for the workshop. Applicants who were on the wait list last year will be given priority for workshops this year. We cannot guarantee enrollment in any workshop until we receive the completed application and the workshop(s) deposit. Please return your application promptly. If you need more than one, please feel free to copy this workshop brochure. Please use only one application for each applicant. If the workshop you apply to is full, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to be placed on the wait list or enroll you in any other open workshop. If you choose the wait list your entire deposit will be returned to you.DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
Please make all payments in U.S. dollars payable to blueheART Studios Foundation at kennbisio.com and use our convenient PayPal services. A nonrefundable deposit of $500 for each international workshop you choose must be included with your application. Applications without a deposit cannot be processed. The outstanding balance for each workshop is due no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the workshop. If you do not pay your balance 60 days prior to the first day of the workshop, your entire deposit will be forfeited, and your place will be filled from the wait list.FEES
Workshop fees cover instruction and lodging at Casa Therese, in Orvieto, Italia. Lodging at Casa Therese is for workshops students only. If you choose to stay elsewhere, the cost of the workshop is still $4,000 USD. Meals, unless otherwise indicated, and air fare are not included.WITHDRAWAL, WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & REFUND
If you withdraw from any workshop, be advised that no refund will be given for withdrawing from the workshop within 30 days of the start of the workshop. There are no refunds for no- shows. If you leave the workshop before its conclusion, there are no refunds. Notification of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment will be made 30 days prior to the beginning of a workshop. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase refundable airline tickets and travel insurance. The Workshops and blueheART Studios will not be responsible for any loss on airline tickets, or any other losses, related to any cancellations of any workshops.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Casa Therese
Casa Therese can accommodate six students. Two in each of the three bedrooms… two beds in each room, and two students in the two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of our house. We encourage you to stay with the group to participate in the informal exchanges occurring in this environment. The first two students to enroll will be given the two single bedrooms in the apartment.
POLICIES
The use of mobile phones is limited to refreshment breaks and mealtimes.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The Workshops shall have no responsibility or liability for personal injury to any participant or damage to any participant’s property, or for personal injuries or damage to the property of any other person resulting from the participant’s involvement in any workshop. The Workshops shall have no responsibility for the acts, errors or omissions of instructors or staff, transportation companies, lodging facilities, restaurants, tour guides and outfitters, or other providers of services to participants in the Workshops. The Workshops has the right to cancel any workshop and to alter the time, context, or format of any workshop in the event circumstances so require. In the event a workshop is cancelled, for any reason, the extent of the Workshops’ liability is limited to the return of all deposits and fees paid to us. The Workshops will not be responsible for reimbursement on airline tickets due to cancellation of a workshop, or replacement of an instructor.
We strongly recommend you purchase refundable airline tickets and travel insurance. The Workshops reserves the right to substitute instructors if necessary and will inform all registered workshop participants immediately if any last-minute substitutions are necessary.
